Stimulating Rutz Conditioner

My experienced with the Stimulating Rutz conditioner was amazing. After my rinse was applied and then my hair was shampooed. Ms. Nelson applied the Stimulating Rutz Conditioner. I was amazed first by the scent, then as the conditioner absorb my itchy scalp, which my scalp was still itching after it was shampooed(which is normal for me) in just a few minutes after the conditioner was applied, my scalp immediately felt a calmness along with a menthol type feeling. I was suddenly amazed that the conditioner actually targeted my itchy scalp! I was sold at that point, which tells me that the shampoo experience is going to be even better. I highly recommend this product because it stimulates, moisturizes, and hydrates your scalp. I was extremely satisfied. Amazing work Ms. Nelson!
